To me, there is nothing better than helping people regain control of their health and become empowered to build lasting lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but I do find a special enjoyment in working with mothers. For one thing, moms often come last when it comes to meeting the needs of the family. This is a FANTASTIC way to give mom the positive attention she needs and deserves. And, what’s even better, teaching mom new ways to eat, shop and get active also means improving the overall health and lives of her partner and kids.
I am Denise Wellik-Peterson, a mom of two and a personal trainer of many. I provide a range of wellness and fitness services to anyone who is committed to making change, including moms and empty-nesters. My services include:

I’m no Jillian Michaels. I’m also not Bob Harper. Instead, I fall somewhere in between the two. I am a supportive, accessible personal trainer. I truly care about helping you become healthier for a better life. But I’m also a straight shooter. I will tell you what you need to do and I will hold you accountable for that throughout the program.
