I am Denise Wellik-Peterson, a hormone specialist who is dedicated to helping women become empowered to own their health and improve their lives. It takes anywhere from 12-15 weeks to make a long lasting changes in our hormones (a phase, 3 cycles). With 16 weeks, we are assured as much time as necessary to give you the building blocks necessary to maintain the changes we implement together.
